Mr. Al-Kaakour holds the prestigious Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation and serves as a recognized lecturer in anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), cybercrime, digital ID systems, and regulatory technologies (RegTech).
