Ms. Mouawad holds a Research Master in Strategic Studies (2025) from the Lebanese Armed Forces Research and Strategic Studies Center in collaboration with the Lebanese University, alongside a Research Master in Finance from Saint Joseph University, and dual degrees in Business Administration and Commercial Sciences from Kaslik and Saint Joseph Universities. Her extensive education is complemented by certifications in fiscal transparency, macroeconomic forecasting, debt sustainability analysis, and public expenditure accountability, obtained through the IMF, World Bank, and OECD.
