He is the Co-Founder of Transformation LAB, a Byblos-based coaching and consulting firm that provides tailored solutions for public and private sector institutions, NGOs, and civil society organizations operating in sensitive and high-risk environments.
Holding a Master’s degree in Political and Administrative Sciences and currently pursuing a second Master’s in Strategic Studies in partnership with the Lebanese Army’s Center for Research and Strategic Studies, Mr. Daccache integrates policy-level insight with applied coaching to address the intersection of leadership, institutional security, and adaptive governance.
His consultancy portfolio includes collaborations with corporate entities, youth and scout movements, SMEs, political groups, and international NGOs, with a strong emphasis on organizational preparedness, crisis leadership, and human-centered risk mitigation. He has participated in international conferences and workshops on social cohesion, youth participation, and security governance in countries such as Spain, Malta, Germany, Tunisia, Jordan, the UAE, and the U.S.
Recognized by the U.S. State Department and the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) as a Leadership for Democracy Fellow, Michel also serves as President of the Leadership for Sustainable Development NGO, where he supports community-based approaches to security awareness, mediation, and resilience-building.
