He holds a Master’s in Strategic Studies from the Lebanese University in collaboration with the Lebanese Army – Center for Research and Strategic Studies (2023–2025), a degree that reflects his evolving specialization in national security policy, regional geopolitics, and strategic forecasting.

With a career spanning both the private and non-governmental sectors, Mr. Al Merhabi has successfully led complex development initiatives, EU- and GIZ-funded training programs, and governance reform projects. As CEO and co-founder of Solid Business Management (SBM), he has provided consulting and organizational strategy services to a wide range of regional institutions, with a focus on results-based planning, leadership development, and strategic assessment.

In his capacity as Board President of the WATAD Association, and as a consultant for multiple humanitarian and education-focused initiatives—including projects funded by GIZ, Mercy Corps, UKAID, and the EU Erasmus+ Program—he has worked on socio-economic stabilization, vocational training, and local governance, consistently embedding a strategic, geopolitical lens into project design and execution.

Fluent in negotiation, institutional planning, and public policy adaptation, Mr. Al Merhabi combines his strategic education with strong field experience, enabling him to interpret and address regional challenges within broader geopolitical frameworks.
