is a distinguished mediator, clinical psychologist, and family conflict specialist, with over 30 years of experience in family mediation, psychological counseling, and social intervention in both Lebanon and France. Holding a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Paris XIII and a Certificate in Professional Mediation from the Guillaume-Hofnung Institute (Paris), she combines deep academic knowledge with practical field leadership in resolving family, marital, and generational disputes.

Dr. Nohra currently serves as Assistant Professor at the Lebanese University, where she teaches in the departments of Psychology and Social Work, while also serving as a consultant and speaker at the Family Mediation Center in Bkerke. She has delivered extensive training programs in marital conflict management, domestic violence awareness, parental support, and youth behavioral guidance, working closely with religious institutions, judicial bodies, and NGOs.

Her previous leadership roles include being President of the Syndicate of Psychotherapists and Psychoanalysts in Lebanon, and she is a certified integrative psychoanalyst and multi-referential psychotherapist with her own clinical practice. She has also trained security forces, educators, health professionals, and social workers on topics ranging from domestic violence and trauma recovery to conflict resolution in crisis-stricken communities.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Dr. Nohra regularly appears on media platforms and has presented in national and international conferences addressing women’s rights, child protection, family justice, and community cohesion. She is currently the Secretary-General of the Pillars Foundation and founder of the movement “Never Give Up on Lebanon.”

At Vidya Insight, Dr. Nohra leads the Mediation and Family Conflict Advisory Unit, providing holistic consultation and strategic guidance on family dispute resolution, social resilience, and psychosocial stabilization, particularly in environments affected by social, economic, or political crises.
