She has over a decade of experience in Lebanese judicial institutions, including roles at the Public Prosecution Office in Beirut, the Court of Criminal Justice in Nabatieh, and as a temporary notary public by ministerial appointment. Her courtroom experience is backed by participation in international legal conferences and workshops in Italy, Kuwait, and Lebanon, where she has spoken on judicial arbitration, crisis management, cybercrime, and human rights.

At Vidya Insight, Dona Hallal serves as a senior legal advisor and cross-border legal liaison, focusing on legal harmonization between Lebanese and Gulf jurisdictions, judicial procedures, and arbitration practices. Her deep understanding of both civil law systems and Gulf legal frameworks makes her an essential figure in navigating legal consultancy, international cooperation, and public-private legal reform projects across the region.
