Dalia holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from the Lebanese University, with further legal specialization through advanced studies at Sagesse University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at Paris Graduate School. Her academic training is complemented by practical roles in both public and private legal contexts, equipping her with a nuanced understanding of civil, commercial, and criminal law in different jurisdictions.
In Qatar, she has worked at Al Hinzab Law Firm, where she has managed electronic court filings, attended court sessions, and coordinated legal documentation processes using the Qatari e-services system. In Lebanon, her work included assisting in international legal cases, arbitration matters, and supporting corporate clients with contractual and regulatory issues.
Her certifications include participation in international forums on human security (CISH–UNESCO), arbitration, and international humanitarian law (ICRC). She has also collaborated with the Center for Research and Strategic Studies at the Lebanese Army, reflecting a cross-disciplinary awareness of law, governance, and national security.
